If an item you have ordered does not reach you Escape Spa will refund the sale price of the item to you within 30 days of the order being placed.

Making an Order

The display of goods on our site does not constitute an offer to sell them as described, or to sell them at all.  By placing an order you are making an offer to buy which incorporates these terms.  If Escape Spa elects to accept your offer, you will receive an order confirmation.  Escape Spa reserves the right to decline any order without giving a reason for doing so. 

Orders are only binding when confirmation is received by you.  You should check the order confirmation and notify us of any mistakes immediately; otherwise the details stated in the order confirmation apply to the Agreement.  

If you order goods and Escape Spa accept the order, Escape Spa reserves the right to notify you at any stage before the delivery of the unavailability of the particular item ordered.  You can then cancel the Agreement and Escape Spa will refund you the purchase price in full.  Alternatively, you can accept any equivalent product Escape Spa offers you.

Changes to an Order

Escape Spa cannot accept changes to orders after they have been placed.

Acknowledgement

Once you have placed an order on our website, Escape Spa will send you an email to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgement does not imply an approval of the order. Only when the order has been dispatched will the purchase agreement be made and will you be charged for the goods ordered. You will be able to track your order on line by logging in to your account.

Payment Options

You may be asked to supply certain information, including credit/debit card or other payment information should you make a purchase from the site. Escape Spa reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if Escape Spa are not supplied with completely accurate information and/or are unable to contact the person who has placed the order and/or the primary cardholder.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Payment is collected from your credit/debit card at the time your order confirmation is sent and prior to the goods being delivered.  Once you have placed your order, a pre-authorization check will be carried out on your credit/debit card to make sure you have sufficient funds to place the order. If funds have ceased to be available in the time between the pre-authorization check and the actual charge, the order will be cancelled. Escape Spa will send you an email to confirm that your order has been sent. 

Orders placed using credit or debit cards are subject to authorization by your credit card company. If the card issuer refuses authorization, Escape Spa will not be in a position to process the payment and hence Escape Spa cannot forward your order to you. 

Pricing & VAT

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices of individual products exclude delivery fees. The total cost of the order includes the VAT inclusive cost of the products ordered in addition to any applicable delivery fees.  Delivery fees are clearly identifiable when accessing your Shopping Cart or when choosing to Checkout.  Please pay attention to the final amount due at the Checkout as this will be the amount due to be paid by you.

Title to the Goods

Title to the goods ordered passes to you only when the goods are shipped and when full payment is made.

 

Instalments

Where you have ordered more than one item Escape Spa may make delivery in one or more instalment.

 

Exchange Rates

If you order goods from the Escape Spa website for delivery in the United Kingdom or any other Country outside the Euro Zone your credit/debit card company will determine the actual price you will be charged in accordance with their exchange rates.

Fraud Prevention

Escape Spa may have to disclose your address as well as other information about your order, to third parties to prevent fraudulent activity. Any disclosure of your information is done securely and you will not receive any third party solicitation as a result of it.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you order, Escape Spa offers a cooling off period for seven days from the date the product is received by you.   Returned goods not received by us within 30 days of purchase by you will not be refunded.  The item must be returned to us via pre paid registered post.  Escape Spa will refund the sale price of any item you return to us in saleable condition within 30 days of the receipt of the item by us if it is the case that you are not completely satisfied with the item.  By saleable condition Escape Spa means all the original packaging must be complete and intact, seals must be unbroken.  You will be responsible for the postage costs solely.  The returned item must be capable of being resold if returned by you.  Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address at an additional cost to cover shipping and handling costs.

If Escape Spa does not receive a returned item, and the shipment goes missing, Escape Spa are unable to provide a refund, unless you can provide the proof of postage.

Once Escape Spa receives the returned items, Escape Spa will inspect and restock the goods before processing a refund. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to process and for the funds to show in your account. If you purchased the goods originally with a credit or debit card, Escape Spa can only process a refund to the card that was used for the purchase. If your card expires before Escape Spa are able to process the refund you should contact us directly.  For security reasons, Escape Spa does not accept card information through email.

Faulty Products

If you receive an item which you still believe to be faulty please return the item to us by pre paid registered post and Escape Spa will happily refund, repair or replace the item in question. Escape Spa will reimburse you the cost of postage in respect of a faulty item which may have to be returned to us. However, lighting differences and differences with monitors may lead to the actual colour of the products you receive being different to what you see on screen.  Information can occasionally be entered erroneously on the system. Unforeseen Circumstances

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers can be purchased online or at any one of our salons. If you purchase a voucher online Escape Spa will require your name, address and bank card details and other personal information will be requested.  Please see our Privacy Statement for further details on the use of personal information.
2. Our vouchers cannot be used as a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
3. Vouchers are sold in Euro only.
4. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
5. You are not permitted to purchase a voucher with a voucher.
6. Vouchers are not transferable to third parties.
7. When a purchase is made using a voucher no change will be given but the balance left on the voucher may be applied to future purchases.
8. Escape Spa cannot be held liable for purchased vouchers which may be lost, stolen or damaged. Replacement and/or refunds will not be issued.
9. Escape Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.  Notice will be given where possible.
10. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition(s).
